I have applied for sponsorship of my parents. In the immigration application my sister is included as a dependent (unaccompanied) childeren. We got an objection from ISB visa office that processing fee is incorrect. We submited $1100 for my parents as processing fee. Please advise if someone has knowledge:

if my sister's (unaccopmanied) as dependent child, we need to submit processing fee for her OR not.

When did you apply for sponsorhip? From CIC webiste it looks like no applications are processed in last 6 months (website indicates applications cleared up to 24th June2003).

As per procedure I submited sponsorship docs in Canada june 2003, I got a letter of approval from immigration canada in may 2004. As per instruction of the letter my parents submited immigration docs in january 2005 to ISB, Pakistan. Now ISB visa office returned the docs because of incorrect processing fee. We have to submit immigration application before april 2005.
