Online status changed on CIC website

Dear All,

I would like to know if someone will put some light on this that my status on cic website changed on 10th January 2005 and it is now changed to "Deceision Made" (Medical results have been received. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision). What does this mean?

I have already sent my passport and all the documents (PC,Funds proof etc.).

That means, soon you are getting your passport back with immigration visa endorsed on it, pack your bags and congratulations..

Hi desent panjabi.

Would you please share your timelines with us as we are also waiting for the moment that you have reached.
I hd done my medical on 17th july 04 and still waiting for stamped pp.

For those who want to know my timeline, it was like:

Application Submitted : June 2001
Submitted IELTS Score : April 2004
Got Interview Waiver : October 2004
Medicals Done : November 2004
Online Status Changed : January 2005
Visa Received : Waiting

Looks like processing from India is being done faster compared to US, I had my medicals submitted 5 months back and still no update..and for you it has been pretty quick

Hello ashish,

In India also many people waiting for more than six months, I am one among them.I got my medicals and waiver in the month of May 2004 and submitted my passort to CHC in August 2004. Since then, there is no decision from CHC, New Delhi.
