It is time Indians take responsiability for their actions and stop blaming the west and 'western influence' for everything. It is time to grow up. It is amazing that we live in this fantasy that some how all indians are great and had it not been for the west we would be the moral guide for the world. The reality is that we are just as imperfect as the rest of the world.
During my recent trip to india, I was asked about how Canada/North america dealt with 'rebelious' kids. This I think is similar to a canadian asking if India has roads.

So now even the guys from prestigious institutes like IITs have to rely on these sources for extra income/pocket money. That's interesting!
