Sir,

I am an ardent reader of forum and always ask guidance from you people whenever needed. My question is

My wife's father's brother daughter( Uncle's daughter) (cousin sister) got visa for Canada in July '04.
She departed from India for England on 9th Sept '04 and will stay their till 4th Oct '04 and from their she will move to Canada to join his spouse who is PR.

Now could you throw some light that whether this relation will count and earn points for me. And if it counts what documents I have to provide as a proof.
