Hi, Can anyone please tell me if I can make mango pickle without putting it in sun as it is very rainy at place where I live and want to make mango pickle as raw mangoes are very much in the market nowadays? So please try to help me out.

How is the weather in bangkok, in canada u can put your furnace fan on in rainy season and put you pickle to dry in the basement and winter you have furnace on anyway so it will dry up faster


i am kind of using logic here as currently since it is summer and we have a new house, lots of water and humidity in the basement. Since i cannot use the furnace i ma using the furnace fan to dry up the place and it works for sure.
