Hi All,
Long awaited happened, PR visas stamped !!!!
I have some queries to be clarified please.My daughter is studying in India computer engineering second year, she has two&half years to get her bachelors.Our PR visa is valid upto may 2005.Means if I can delay daughter's entry upto that long,she will gain six more months in the 2/5 yers of stay.The other point is that I am planning to get her MS from any american university,Means she will be out of canada for further two more years after her Bachelors.How all this is going to affect my daughters PR&residency evaluation by canadian immigration officials.
Please clarify

Do note that she has to land by the expiry of the medicals [i.e. before the first anniversary of your medicals].

TO PRESERVE HER PR, she has to be in Canada for an aggregate of two years during the firtst five years in Canada [from the date she lands in Canada]. ... No matter how you calculate it.
