Does anyone around has any information about cases filed after Dec3, 2003 >
There is a lot about cases filed before 2002 etc on sites but nothing about cases
filed now.Any one around who got Iterview Waiver etc from CHC NewDelhi
after filing case after dec2003?

Dear Preet,

I think it is too early to expect a call. I filed my papers in October 2003, but received File No. saying the process began in January 2004. It is anybody's guess about the waiting period and we should be mentally prepared for the same.

Hi Preet,

Ashbamor is right. CHC-Delhi started processing my application in June 2003. Nothing has happened to date. CIC web-site shows my file is "Under Process". After reading about other would-be immigrants' application dates, I feel it's going to be a pretty long wait for us. But don't lose heart and keep a positive attitude. I would appreciate it if any immigration expert could throw some light on this.
