Beginning on 15 September 2003, case-specific enquiries may be sent by fax, mail or e-mail only. We will no longer accept enquiries by telephone or in person at the Canadian High Commission or our office in Chandigarh.

However, we are committed to reviewing your inquiry within 48 hours. For cases we determine to be urgent we will make our best efforts to contact you within two weeks. For other cases that are outside our current processing times, we will respond within 60 days of receipt.
