Not sure if we have had a thread like this before where we can mention new projects coming up so that it may benefit prospective buyers and keep us informed in one place.

I am hoping that if successfully posted to , this thread might qualify for being sticky as we keep on sharing new launches that come to our knowledge and share it here.

For a start , I read 2 days back about the upcoming opening of the Rosehaven & Townwood Projects in Brampton ... I think it is upper Mount Pleasant.

What caught my attention was that in Rosewood , towns are going for $448K and detached for $588K ( which might be reduced by 30-40K in HST refund in case that applies)

I am expecting a quick sellout on this one - What's your feeling ...opening on the 17th Oct 2015....

From the website it appears that their phase 2 is opened .. however I do recall reading the date 17th Oct 2015 in the newspaper advert. It might be related to Rosehaven.

Fido, Similar to HW36 posts on real estate projects, this can get questioned too. Whats the motive? Shouldn't such posts go in classified? Who is stopping a sale person from promoting their projects? Maybe CD should have a sponsored feature where interested parties can pay a fee and promote their products. Just a thought.

Yes, Brampton/Ajax projects gets sold out very quick. I can see 2 reasons. First they are cheaper compared to other parts of GTA ; second there are a lot of investors who are out to get a quick profit since the interest rate is so low.

However I am just sharing information and providing a link .. I do not expect anyone to contact me for this...

I deem of this as a deal or a sale I come across and share on the forum.

And I am hopeful that if and when various members would post in the same thread from time to time ( without any communicating back obligation) , it might turn out to be more generic.

BTW the other community may be Townwood and not Rosewood ... I saw this in The Metro a couple of days back.

How far is it from the GTA?

This is in Brampton , Mt Pleasant area , hence with in the GTA.

Looks enticing as well as the price is good.

Town homes are already sold out so quickly . I see massive construction all around GTA but nothing affordable is available no matter even if you go as far as Whitby or Ajax in east .
I am not in market to buy property but will appreciate any info that CD's may come across and don't mind sharing .
Wondering if any rental properties left that can give positive cash flow .
