At the cost of being labelled a Moderator Chamcha (butter), I strongly support Blue_Peafowl's idea.
In this case, the moderator has not stood his guns but has offered to help by assisting like minded people create a google page or a what'sapp group. What more can a moderator do.
Locking the thread idea is a good one too.

Vagg is free to create a Whatsapp group or any other kind of group like Google groups or any forum and I can even start a new thread for sign up and set up a forum or Google group for him if Vagg is ready to do all his postings there. I still remember that I agreed to not post any joke with explicit naming of body parts but I still believe the joke which you deleted was much milder than the ones which were objected to in the past. But ok, I get the message and will try not to post any jokes with any naming of body parts at all.
But I do not agree to your suggestion of not posting adult jokes as majority of members on this forum don't seem to mind them. So I'll keep posting jokes (abiding by what I said above) unless you ban me :-).
