Check the last sale of the property. These are new Town homes. If it is now being sold for 325k, then, some one is flipping it. They were initially advertised for 289/299 then they went for 309.9 please see the link.

Check the fees also, it looks too low. It may be just for an year. Then they will jack it up. Also see if you can get a freehold town house and you look after the maintenance yourself.
