please let me know about taxi, how much it costs from airport to scarborough approximately. is there any night fare extra.

Hi michelle288,

It is better to carry some travellers checks along with demand drafts as demand drafts take a month to get cleared. U can use travellers checks for immediate expenses. I am not sure whether u can have demand draft for very big amount.

Blue cross is the name of the insurance company. Pl. go through the following link for further info.

You can't apply for insurance at the airport.

PLease avoid to stay at 960, 555, 1050 and Taxido....

Dont ask why?

$45 to $50. I am not sure about night fare, but it should not be extra.
