Hi,
Re; The value in equivalency of an Indian degree seems to be 'not that good' here in Canada. I have seen Ca's from India with 15 yrs of experience and who have left behind a well established practice back home, studying for the CPA exam. CPA I guess is an equivaent of a Chartered Accountant study. Point is if you have an MBA(Fin.Planning) or something it will help you better than a post graduate or a bachelors degree from back home. Believe me , it doesnt matter how many yrs of foreign experience you have. If your would be employer feels that you still need to be acclamatized to the business manners/language/practices here, he may not even consider your Indian experience.

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.

In summer, you will have one less thing to worry about, the weather. Job search in winter travelling on bus and walk can be.....well...
As far as factory/warehouse jobs is concerned, even without students entering the workforce it is not that you find work easily.
Everyday hundreds of people land in Toronto, majority of whom you will see ultimately in factories and warehouses. So labour here is always surplus and cannot keep everyone busy, be summer or winter!

Canada...another name for struggle in life!
True.
All I can say is If you get a half decent (by which I mean enough hours per week), stick to it.
