All,

My wife and I applied for Police clearance certificate (PCC) on March 02,2013. For past few weeks, my wife's passport status is "Ready for Collection" however when I go to BLS office they are not able to trace the passport.
My case, the status still shows as "Under Process".

Now I am in a fix cause its 2 months already and if I know correctly PCC arrives in couples of weeks after applying.

Need some advice on my situation and how to proceed as I am without passport for 2 months now and not even sure what its current state it.
