We are applying for PIO card for our son at CGI Toronto. We wanted to know if the service charge of $2 can be included with the fee in the bank draft or is it payable at the counter.

Hi Shriya,

You have to inlcude $2 service charge along with the application fee. Make sure you have all the documents with the correct fee when you go to the consulate. Otherwise, you will need another trip to the consulate.
