First of all, let me thank and congratulate all of you to make this site a COE ( Center of Excellence ) for Canada immigrants. I really appreciate the effort which you people are putting together to make this site worth visiting and knowledge center for immigrants.

Actually I want to ask you experts, the way I should proceed. Let me brief you regarding my case. I applied for canada immigration in Sept, 2001 in New Delhi. After so much of wait and corrspondence, I got visa for me and my wife last week. I am really happy and really looking forward to settle in Canada. I am a software engineer and have got experience of 5 years. I have been working in top MNCs in India like TCS, GE and now in Fidelity. My area of expertise is J2EE. I have been involved in developing Java applications through out.

Please anyone could suggest me, how to find the job in my field.??? I started applying in canada compaies thru workopolis.com. I cant see anything happening. I have been to US also. Please, can anyone in software industry could please guide me or refer me to somebody you know in software industry. I don’t know even the format of my CV is good enough or not……
Please guys!!! I really need your help. I can send my CV to you people if needed. Do help me out in this phase. I really hope to get good response from u experts.
