UFE 2013 preparation material

Can anyone share their UFE preparation materials from either coaching classes or any such sources that could help me begin with the UFE preparation? The fees of the coaching classes are way too high considering the fact that I'm new here and do not have such funding available so easily. It would be great if someone could guide me as to how should I go about things, given this scenario.

I have yet to experience UFE but :

UFE is different ball game and requires different strategies as compared to Indian CA. Hence it is better to approach this exam with the help of coaching classes like Densmore or PASS. ICAO also conduct training sessions.

Densmore has posted introductory session on their website for Indian CAs. This session will provide an overview of the UFE process, what the evaluation involves, how it is evaluated and how to prepare for it. It is highly recommended that you listen to this webinar before deciding strategies for UFE 2013.

You can also go for classes conducted by ICAO which cost less as compared to Densmore and PASS. One more alternative is to approach your employer for sponsorship (if you are employed at this point). Toronto Chapter conducts some training session for nominal fees

One more thing: UFE material is still not available for 2013 exam. You can try Library for Income Tax book specifically written for UFE.

Thanks seenimesh, your inputs are always helpful. If it was possible for me I would've started with the coaching but it isn't seeming quite possible as of now. Do u plan to give ur ufe anytime soon? I even intend to join a study group in order to do a group study which is how it is done and recommended here but have no access to ppl intending to take up ufe this year . And plz do keep me updated with any sort of material or anything that helps with the ufe, while il keep myself updated with wats new with these blogs and websites if there's anything helpful.

I have not yet decided for UFE. You can join Toronto Chapter. I think they provide free one year membership to new immigrants. I manage to borrow some ufe 2012 material during this weekend. PM me your email address. so that I can forward those. Alternatively if you are in Toronto we can meet in downtown.

I am also CA from India . As per my knowledge , I have to clear my UFE exams only . I will not sit for UFE exams this year but want to start planning ahead . SO need your help and guidance .If possible , please share your contact number or email id .

If you want to write UFE than Densmore Online Session for Indian CA is good place to start with.

If you have at-least 12 years experience than go for EVE. No need to write UFE under this.
