I am in canada for 30 month as a PR,
How many days before i can apply for citizenship??
One of my friend says ,you can apply before 3 month prior to your eligibility, That is 1095 days.

Right above the signature line on the application form, it says you must ensure you are eligible for citizenship on the day before you sign the application. If I interpret that statement correctly, then it means, you can only sign and date the application just after you have completed the eligibility and not 3 months ahead.
Call CIC to confirm.
