I misplaced my US SIN card which I had safely kept for 25 years. I had obtained this from the state of Florida.

How do I get a replacement card ?.

A. It is a US SSN ( Social Security Number) and not a SIN
B. In less time taken to post this question on this forum, a google search will give the answer

For point B, it will go into the Archives of CD and other Cd's can have access to this resource through CD.
It is much better than "I got into trouble for writing a thank you note"
