Sometimes the PS can land you in trouble

A husband wrote an email message to his wife on his official trip telling her how he was enjoying the trip. He added a P.S. at the end of the message: "I wish.....
When he returned home, he found divorce papers lying on his desk, and attached to these was his email. He glanced through it and was stunned when he reached the P.S. part.
It read: Hey Darling - I m experiencing the best time of my life... etc. etc.
P.S. I wish u were HER.. ;-)



In a hurry, he forgot to put an ‘e’ to the last word in the P.S, which should have been ‘here’ and not ‘her’.

yeah but eliminating 'e' can cause some practicle issues. This happened in my firm. e.g. an email notification regarding a job was sent to all the employees for a referral by a male recruiter. One of the chinese responded following and he did reply all:

My wife wants to apply for "blow" job please let me know when can I bring her for interview.

apparently missed 'e' in word below. (And I am sure recruiter must have immediately invited her for interview and gave her the offer )

So husband was on business trip taking interview of chinaman's wife! !!

Seems like missing out on 'e' was not a mistake! ! :-))
