I am looking for tool/application to build the website which will generate HTML and PHP codes for MySQL database.

Do you know any drag and drop application to create forms and PHP script for updating mysql database on submission of the form?

OR

Any easy alternative to build website for updating MYSQL database?

Application should allow me to copy the source code to upload on my web hosting server.

Also, any suggestion of web hosting site? (There are many but your personal experience will help me to decide.)

What do you suggest for webhosting server? (Linux / Windows)
