Hi all,

Recd a ticket for doing 60 in a 50 zone on Mcnicoll near warden. This is a first ticket, but I'd like to avoid a ticket on my record. Any recommendations of a paralegal who could fight this?

Generally police do not give tickets for over 10KM. This was given to teach you a lesson. Go to the court by yourself , it will be dropped for sure.

Meeting people is easy. Having meaningful connections is the hard part.

Dispute it - the prosecutor may give you a better deal or the case may not come up for hearing at all due to back log of tickets ..

I would not recommend hiring a paralegal - no one can do the job better than your own self .
