 I'm a little confused whether everyone faces similar problems at work. Goras can hop & skip around AND get a better salary, we work hard (sometimes hardly, getting influenced by goras) and get bazooked. Thinking of quitting, but wondering whether the grass is greener on the other side.

Hii

Most of the desis are in the same boat. Dont worry..you will get used to it as the time goes...

You said grass is greener on the otherside..which side are you talking about?

Well, just thinking of the grass in my sister's lot. She has offered me a job with her (she has a small business).
