I have sent my INDIA passport for renewal on Jan 03 2011 and i noticed that the specification of photos (3.5cm * 3.5cm) mine looks like (3.6*3.6cm)
it looks like VFS global does not look this properly and neither do I until now.
do you think they will send my file back?

second questions is, how long does it take from Ottawa consulate? please let me know

and in the website it says it will take 2 months buy my friends from Toronto got it renewed in 2 weeks. why is it 2 months for ottawa only?
