i was only looking for 2nd opinion Mr. Gupta, and no it didn't take me 20 days but took only 2 days and I didn't waste my time and day off from work since CIC said there is no way to get it before but gave the fax number of pick up office.

I applied for pr card renewal on Feb 1, 2012 which they received on Feb 6. The time line shown on CIC website states 77 days from the date of application. Until today I haven't received any communication from them acknowledging the receipt of application. The due date as per CIC timeline would be Apr 23.

What is process in renewal cases. Should I expect to get a letter to pick up the PR card ?
