I was just checking status of citizenship application ONLINE
What I found is so confusing...
"We sent you a notice on September xx, 2010 to xxxx (Address ) to appear and write the citizenship test on October xx, 2010 at 8:00 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
We sent you a notice on September xx, 2010 to xxxx ( Address ) to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on October xx, 2010 at 1:30 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us. Is that mean I have Test as well as Oath on same day ?
Anyone had similar experience ?
( P.S - I am still waiting for official letter as it was posted last week only )
Some people got it in Calgary too. I think it depends on local city. You can call CIC and asked for more clarification.
When did your file transferred to local office (Calgary)?

Even I checked this forum & found few people got Test & oath same day but different timing

Anyway, my file was transfer to Calgary in Nov 2009 ( first week ) & processing start in Dec 2009 ( first week )

few years back, people in new market have to go to Barrie for test and oath. It was done on same day but different timings
Can anyone share experience of Test & Oath on same day ?
Results for Test will be annonunced just after the TEST Or
Results will be know when person comes for Oath
Test time is 8 am while Oath time is 1.30 pm
How is citizenship Test ?
How much time is allowed for 20 questions ?
