Hi everyone,

I am in a situation that i have an expired PR card but was physically present in canada for 729 days in the last 5 years. Currently i am in Pakistan and planning to go back to canada. Is it possible that i can apply for a travel document as i have already 1 day short out of 730 days.

Please note that i can only fall under the humanitarian and compassionate grounds category.

I will be very thankful for your advice in this matter.

1 day short should not make any difference.
You will probably be ok when applying for TD.
I don't think they'll need to consider H&C grounds in your case.
Try applying on regular grounds.
