I dont think this is a joke
That man is bloody honest. He even never allowed his daughter to use his official car. Compare him with other prime ministers of past or any MINISTER/MP/MLA of India or any chamcha of MINISTER/MP/MLA and you will find that even they and their family exploit govt resources more than MMS.
He may be rubber samp of Sonia but we can take away the work which he is doing or had done. Remember where India was before he became FM in 1991. Had India opened up foreign investment 10-20 years back India would have been much much better. China opened its foreign investment at that time and everyone flocked to China.
It seems that it is all Sardar affair. One Sardar is praising another Sardar. Chor chor mausera bhai. Everyone is well aware pade ke piche kya hai. MMS is one of the most corrupt politicians India ever had. The only visible difference is that MMS is very good at hiding the misdeeds from public eyes.

Never heard or read anywhere about this statement. Anyway it is important who is giving the certificate. One certificate as indicated by OP is given by once upon a well known public figure of India and this is given by whom.

Whoa....Never before have i heard such scathing remarks against MMS .
Just goes to show how true the quote ' Nice guys finish last' really holds.
Even Obama stated that when Manmohan Singh speaks, the world listens !!!

as for MMS, my dad studied under him when he was a prof. at Delhi Univ.
he speaks very highly of him...an absolute pillar of integrity and ethics.
brilliant academic as well.
my dad has a very high opinion of him as an academic
of course that was what 40 years ago....and there is a big diff. between being an academic and being a politician so who knows what he's like now.

Your Hon'our, you are not correct. U said 5 lines and not a single line is worth a penny. It seems had had something bad in breakfast.
1. What is wong in sardar prasing a sardar. Cant anyone do it. Why sardar cant say something inpraise of a sardar. and that man is only saying MMS is honest and he quoted an example also which happened with him.
2. If MMS is corrupt then everyone is else is super corrupt. Since 1991 he is in politics and under public eye. Quote any allegation of corruption/ nepotism/ scandle, forget proof.
3. Why cant you bring his misdeeds in public life. You will become instant famous and may be nominated by Lalu or Mulayam or Paswan or Mayawati for President of India.
