i had done my landing last month and returned to dubai and i had received all my pr cards except my younger daughters card. what do i do now as iam planning to come to Canada by the end of June.

June is a few weeks away. Wait for THREE weeks and see if it will come too. It could have been processed in the next batch. But you will hear from them, one way or another. After three weeks you ask for a PRTD a travel document and it will cost you fifty bucks additional. Then after you land do the processing all over again, once more. Hope they get it right the next time.
After you receive the Travel Document, you book the ticket with that as the support and travel all together to Canada. After you land here, tell the Officer at P.O.E. what happened. He knows it anyway. He will send you to the right people and get it done correctly the next time.

You will receive letter from CIC office in which they will ask you to bring your daughter personally for the photo of PR card. don't worry once you receive this letter, they give you 180 days to take your daughter for photo and after that you will receive PR card in 15-20 days time.
