Claiming Baby Sitter expense

Hi Guys,

My Parents live with me at same address. Can I claim babysitter expense showing that I pay certain sum of money to my parent for baby sitting even if they live at same address...

Do you show your parents as dependents. If so, then you cannot claim babysitter expense.
