Hello Everyone,

I am planning to file for Canadian immigration this week however i hav had some medical history. I was working for night shifts and developed some sleeping disorder for which i m on medication....can this be a problem during my medicals for immigratoin?
Is there a way to find out that what all tests are done so that i can assure m fully fit to apply for immigration??
Also i hav seasonal bronchitis which is also known as asthama, i hope that would not b a problem?
please reply as your opinion will really help!!

Medical examinations are generally confined to a standard physical exam including blood and urine tests and x-rays, prior medical records as well as the applicants' mental state are examined.I have a frd who is asthmatic(when she applied for pr) she is a citizen now,so it is not a huge problem however you might be asked for a second medical test(though not sure)

Thanks a lot prince, would it be possible that you can share the test which are done, so that i can get them done from some doctor and ensure that i am fully fit?
i know HIV, Tuberclosis are few things they look for any idea what other things are considered....

Dont worry.Normal tests only.As told blood,urine,all physical exams.chest xeray,eye test etc...Nothing to worry and have nightmares.
