It appears that the state of Telangana will be a reality. I was watching the saga on the tv for the past 3 days. Students played a big role in this. AP govt closed Osmania Univ and cleared all the hostels. Cut off power and water to the hostels after closing the mess. KCR ended his fast.
IMO, states like AP are too big to govern in a country like ours. Small states need to be norm with less than 100 MLAs in the assembly.

I am not sure what to say about your personel openion...
but by spliting andhra in to 2 telengan wont make any diffrence in terms of development. Those who gets the power will make good moeny by ditching the telngana people.....

It WILL make diffeerence. AP, ince divided will have one more CM,Governor, Police chief, Court ..... and many more bureaucrats.
Like Canadian towns with Mayors and townhalls and sundry office bearers. It is a utterly wasteful but job creating program. Look at Jharkhamd and how Madhu Koda raped it.

She got the Telegana guys to celebrate, while she made her MLA's and MP's to resign.
What a drama!. Now the Rao is off the fasting, while AP is fighting within itself.
Now the Government has back tracked on naming Hyderabad as the capital of Telegana and also now the matter is left to a committee to determine the splitting up of the state.
It is very clear Firang are smarter than the Desis and we will be ruled by a Firang till time lasts.

Aside, other states will start their demands. Vidharba, Gurkhaland, Bundelkhand, etc. May be that's the way it will happen. Behenji in UP has given her support for smaller states.
