I had to travel back to middle east before I received the PR card. I have read somewhere that PR card should not be sent abroad from Canada by Post/Courier. Is it right? If so what is the way to return to Canada to visit my family for New Year.

It is safe to send by canada regd post PR and it will cost anything between 20-35 $ for 2 PR cards. Recently I posted to UK.
