XXXXX is a 'sarkari' company. They have delayed my case by almost 2 years by asking for unnecessary documentation and tossing my case enquiries between their Delhi and Mohali offices. Yes they are big, but are big fat oafs now.
I finally evicted them from handling my case and dealt directly with CHC. It was so easy and simple that I couldn't believe. I have now got my Visa stamped and landing in Canada soon.

how they have delayed your case as documents are sents only after the requirement from CIC. and why they would delay the case deliberately? i have seen many guys wants immigration by forged certificates or they submit fake degrees.
i was one of their client and had no problems with them. i was a genuine client.
messages are posted by the unsuccessful clients not by the others who have migrated in thousands. many clients think that consultants are magicians who would get them immigration by hook or crook.

They requested me to get a fake education certificate to cover an year's gap in my education. I told them that I will not be able to get this. The argument lasted for 6 months. I later used CHC's online case specific enquiry to confirm that all gaps in education should be mentioned and justified but does not adversely effect one's case.
Also, I filed my case from Delhi branch but all the documents that CHC had sent first came to Mohali, then to Delhi and then to me by post. They could have scanned the document and sent to me the same day on my email when it was received by CHC for a quicker response. They didn't do it inspite of my repeated requests. I can see the dates the CHC letter were issued and the date it was delivered to me. If I calculate this has costed me more that an year.

As I said in my earlier post I am a successful applicant. I have got my visa stamped now without any further help from XXXXX.

Yes consultants are not magicians but they should help their customers by cutting their administrative delays. Also, they should have deep knowledge of the immigration process. In my case wasn't I misinformed about education gap?
I do not intend to derogate a well established company. But my application process was much more smooth and faster after I requested CHC that I wish to remove them as my consultant.

Any body can apply for HRSDC approval when we know this is going to be rejected. This is just to gain time so that the people could remain calm and not ask for refunds. Both Brad and XXXXX will say after the rejection that they have applied for HRSDC approval and if it is not approved it is not their fault
The issue is who is going to investigate this fraud when CSIC is aware about this.

There currently is no Canadian Forces Immigrant Recruitment Initiative, the offer he has received is a fake. In order to join the CF one must be a Canadian Citizen, and the CF plays no role in the immigration process.
An investigation is currently underway to determine the source of these letters.
