If one has multiple RRSP accounts in multiple banks and the intent now is to consolidate them all with one bank - is this even doable ? lets say i have RRSP with CIBC, TD and RBC and now i am thinking of having them all go into TD for that matter - how can we do that without deeming this as pulling money from RRSP ? Any experience on this matter is greatly appreciated.

You can do that by submitting a transfer form. that's a pretty standard procedure.

however, watch out for any transfer fees from the banks. They can be substantial (100-200$)
