Hi
My mum has a multiple entry visa for 5 years.

She is a widow and loves alone... and this is a matter of great concern to me. So, I wanted to sponsor her.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do? the fastest way it can be done.

I am on a PR card and live here with my spouse and children.

You will have to go the parental sponsorship route. Unfortunately, this process is taking upto 4 years currently from the time of application till the PR is issued.

Here are a few of rthe reasons that there are delays and you must avoid them at all costs to succeed and shorten the span of sponsorship:
