Tigerdirect and factorydirect are different stores and have different return policies. You cannot get refund from factorydirect if you do not like the product.

Best GPS for NORTH AMERICA is GARMIN NUVI series NUVI 250 upwards. Advanced versions have more fancy stuff embedded. Go with your needs
GARMIN is most selling too. Check BESTBUY or FUTURESHOP for details and then when you are zeroed on one the compare prices at different places. And make Bestbuy and Future shop to price match it for you.
