A good consultant will tell you importance of millisecond in your life and you need another expensive watch for that. This is very high end skill so you need to hire high end specialist (professional).

Usually consultants do either one of two types of tasks.
One, that none can do.
Two, that none wants to do.
Most of the consultants fall under second type.
