| Tips for Visitor Visa of Parents By: It is quite easy to get Visitor Visa for parents. If you provide enough documents from your side and your parent show proper documents from their side, usually they will get Visa.

What is best method for applying? Sending all papers and passport by post! For many people this sounds weird but it is true. For senior citizens Canadian government takes lot of care and they are not suppose to visit the embassy. They can, but it is not required and anyway not going to change their decision. So it is my humble advise to send application by post. My mother in law applied for a visitor's visa which got rejected on the grounds of insuffiecient income.My wife's and my income togather is appr 58K.
Would getting a letter from our local MP help.
Please advice

I am renting upper floor in house with 2 bedroom and kitchen and paying cash to my lanlord and there is nothing in writing like.. lease ..
I will able to show rogers high speed and bell canada bill under my name at 2nd floor.
Do I requried to show any other paper to show I can accomodate them when they will be here..

If everything else is ok, your lease may not be a big factor.
Of course, in your invite letter you will have to say that your relatives will be living with you at your address.

I have everything else. No problem. Have been in Canada from last 3 years, enough savings (have been in US/Canda 7 years), through out 7 year decent well paid job etc..
so Please let me know still lease factor can be problem.

If everything else is satisfactory, then it it should not be an issue.
Even if they have questions about where your relatives will stay in Canada, they will probably ask the applicant (your relatives) to provide a written explanation.
It is highly unlikely that they will refuse the case outright just because a lease is missing.
But then Canadian consulates are very uncaring and inconsiderate at times - so there is no telling what they will do.
The only way to know is to apply !
