It is always good to buy a smaller house in a good neighborhood
rather than a bigger house in a bad neighborhood.

Funny, the definition of "good" and "bad" changes from person to person.

5 yrs back, standing in a library was like a punishment for me. Today, it's like a weekly trip during winter and atleast twice a week for rest of year.
So, priorities do change.

You can even compare areas based on postal codes. I don't know about the level of accuracy, but thought it might be of some help to someone.

So true....

But honestly speaking safer & clean surrounding is what I prefer more.

Believe me, I would prefer staying in Brampton beside a truck driver rather then staying somewhere else with so many other issues...

I know I am not the moderator of this site but irock, can we all please refrain from such hate filled posts targeted towards a particular ethnicity.

What's your ethnicity by the way?

Brampton has one of the worst health care as compared to other cities.
Finding a family physician in Brampton is very difficult and most of new comers have to go to Mississauga or Etobicoke for it.
Same is the case with us, we finally got a family doctor in Mississauga but none in Brampton.
Average waiting time in Brampton Hospital emergency is 14 hours, which is far more then other cities.

I also found this post at redflags, discussion started with Malton but later on Brampton was the main topic.

Hi Kabutar12

the red flag link you provided was scary...

i was considering moving to Brampton since its has desi community and will be easier for us to blend in it then thinking of moving to other places after getting familiar with other places.

BUt now i hv to re-think of other places after reading your red flag link.

its so scary ...

still wondering is Brampton is really that bad or its just few peoples opinion ?

what i hv figure out from that link is mostly non-desi's was putting their comment so it will be hard to judge ?

do Brampton really has crime problem ?
i didnt now that Brampton also has black population..

I HUMBLY REQUEST DESI'S TO PUT THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE AND VIEWS REGARDING BRAMPTON ,
