HI, I APPLIED FOR CANADAIAN PR BACK IN 2005 YESTERDAY I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM HIGH COMMISSION DELHI THAT " I WANT TO CONTINUE FOR CANADIAN IMMIGRATION PROCESS OR NOT,REPLY WITHIN 90 DAYS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WE WILL REFUND YOUR PROCESS FEES OTHERWISE WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED IN PROCESS AND WE WILL ACTIVLY START YOUR IMMIGRATION CASE PROCESS" I'D LIKE TO KNOW THAT AFTER THIS LETTER HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE MORE ? FOR INTERVIEW AND OTHER PROCEEDINGS.

If you want to get your papers processed sooner, then they will start the process once they receive your response. That is the starting point for your file in the new system.
It is my belief that they are sorting the applications received in the past to see if they have suitable candidates to select. Yours seems to have made it to the top and you are one of them. A few have posted the same to the CD board and you all should open up a thread to see the movement of your files and do the tracking in one location.
With all of the delays that are expected it might take a year and a bit to see the file reach the end of the line. Please let us know how fast it is moving at your end which will help others in the conduit.
