I am in canad on student visa and after studying I got Work permit valid for three yearsNow I am going to India for wedding.Can My wife come with me ?Can she apply for open work permit?Pls any one advice me.

Your wife can apply for dependant/visitor visa on basis of your work permit. A visitor visa will be issued to your wife with the expiry date same as your work permit expiry date. Once both of you reach canada, at immigration she can request the officer to issue open work permit(by showing your work permit), if everything is fine he/she may issue there itself and ask you to pay the fees around $200 or he/she may ask you to apply through mail. Note that applications sent through mail(in Canada) will take approximately 2 months.
I also think that you also need to apply for visa, I believe you just have the work permit

You need to apply for worker visa your wife will apply for visitor visa, please check the links above

under the new law you can now apply for PR and will be issued PR within one year. so you don't really need to go through all the hassels of work permit for your wife. once married get visitors visa for her and once she is here apply for PR.
