Any suggestions on places to buy good luggage at good price? looking for 28" to 30"?

hi
i recently went to india and needed abt 6 pieces of bags. i bought 6 pieces of good quality luggage abt 28 inch from flea market.
i went to the weston road flea market.
trust me go there and u can bargain. try to buy from indian vendors.
