I have plan for my son with good company. i can't share here reply on me as PM and i will give details.
But anyway some of names are here. CET, HERITAGE, USC, GLOBAL AND MOST OF ALL BANKS are offering RESP,

There is ton of useful information available on this site for RESP. Please go through that information and you will get answer yourselves. Follow this http://canadiandesi.ca/board.php?FID=22 and read all the threads and make an informed decision. I would advise you to stay away with group plans.

Depends upon what are you looking for? Flexibility, return, gaurantees?
Almost all RESP can get upto 40 % CESG (20 % for all and remaining depends upon the family income).
Basically different type of plan
1) Individual plan
2) Family Plan
3) Group Plan
As mentioned by Promod, I will stay away from group plans
Individual and Family plans are mostly offered through Financial institutions including banks and one insurance company.
