there has to be a comprehensive policy which brings in the type of people canada needs along with matching the skills of the prospective immigrants.,


if it is one way ( either waY ) it is going to be a disappointment

i.e. if a qualified immigrant does not find a job (or) a company not able to find a candidate with the required skills


best options = match the requirements here with the skills of immigrants and then fast track those people
