The fuel line of my car got damaged and has leaked some gasoline on the garage floor. There is a door from the garage to the foyer and it has started smelling inside the house. Any suggestions how to reduce/eliminate this awful smell? Someone suggested cat litter. Does it work?

Best is to spread sand on the gasoline. If smell is a problem them you can simply wash it using any detergent.

At Home Depot some special cleaners are vailable to clean oil and gas from the floors and driveways. I am sure thats gonna help you.
