I had applied in third week of may2000.I saw in a forum that one person got interview waiver in feb.He had applied on same day I have.The documents asked were sent in same months as him.Scores in IELTS were better than him.Then why CHC delhi must have delayed my case and sent him waiver.It is good that they have sent him atleast but why not me ? Do you have any clues about thier functioning ? Kindly reply.

Each case is different and one cannot predict by seeing someone else's timelines.
Moreover there is no transparency in the functioning of CHC therefore any one telling you anything is only doing guess work.

you seem to be truly ruthless. I have a family to feed. Hence, I do have a full-time job & a family life. I also need to rest & pray. You can't expect to get instant answers. 32 views is nothing these days given the popularity of this site.

So, here's my response: even if your case is 100% similar to the other person's, the officer could be different and they all work at different rates. Be patient, your turn will come. If you think, the embassy has gone beyond the time they told you and that delay is unreasonable you can hire a lawyer and pay a few thousand dollars to go to Federal Court to force the embassy to process your case.

I am really very sorry Massod Sahib.I am only ruthless to bad people but to people like you and Mr.Tiwana I feel very very sorry if I hurt you.You can guess that after 4 years what a person feels.Completely relocating with all the dreams one apply but after such a long time sometimes quick answers are expected.Sorry again.I also have a family so can understand the importance of giving time.Thanks for your's n Tiwana's reply.

Prior to find this innovative board, I had feeling that only few cases like me are ignored and delaying for long. Now I came to know from one of the applicant here that he had applied at New Delhi in January 2000 and came to Dubai on work visa since the year 2001.

New Delhi transferred his file to LONDON to comply with IRPA regulations. London issued him a new file number with file processing date as January 2004. I have seen his both file numbers and have a question.

How the London will process his file? I mean London will apply this poor guy new regulation or old law? How much time further the guy has to wait?

Can any expert respond this post.

In Punjabi we call it Pambalbhusa .I think I am lucky than most of them.Atleast my case is with CHC Delhi only till now.
