I studied and lived in the US for 3 years and am now back in India.

I am thinking of submitting my PR application soon.Should I submit FBI clearance to CHC Delhi along with the local PCC, work letters, transcripts, etc.....or should I wait for them ask me to submit FBI clearance?

I suppose the clearance from FBI expires in a few months and a fresh one is needed. But isn't that applicable to someone who's residing in the US and not for someone like me who doesn't live in the US anymore?
