Surrey generally is very good for someone like you. Rent approx $600 - $900 depending of course on location etc

what about all the talk on crime in Surrey ?
How serious is it ?
What kind of crimes are these ?
Is the place safe enough for family people with school going children ?

It's mostly notorious for car thefts. The city is working very hard to combat it. It is very safe.

any idea , how are the house prices in surrey,

tried searching for real estate agents on the net, didn't find many.
in case one of you could name a few in the area.
