I have been a Novell network administrator for over 10 years. Since the Novel has been pretty much faced out, I am finding it difficult to reintegrate with the Job market. Can anybody please suggest best course of action by taking some short courses. Please be specific about courses.

Please help by offering suggestion Re: which courses to take and where can I take them. I have no problem taking courses from some senior IT people for a Cash consideration.

How comfortable are you with NDS? ... I havent worked on NDS, so can't really say a lot but it must be very different from NTDS. There are so many technology and areas that u can concentrate on. NTDS, Exchange, SQL, Monitoring ... Pick a Technology based on your interest and pursue it.
